Cottages

Oceanview rooms are privately situated with unobstructed views to the Atlantic Ocean and pink sand beach and have a private pathway to the beach. The one-bedroom oceanview can accommodate 2 adults. The two-bedroom oceanview cottages have a sitting room/lounge that separates the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. There is a deluxe two-bedroom oceanview (Bimini cottage) that has a private Jacuzzi on the large outside deck overlooking the beach.

One or two-bedroom accommodations are privately situated amongst lush tropical grounds just off the main pathway to the beach. A one-bedroom gardenview can accommodate 2 adults. I was there on January 2005, spectacular.

The Lodge is set along the Anse Reunion beach situated amidst peaceful and exotic tropical garden of coconut palms, Takamaka trees and flowering plants overlooking Praslin Island. Besides being the main hotel on La Digue the lodge enjoys being one of the only local island style hotel of the Seychelles amidst a rich and natural setting.

As the largest resort or hotel on the island, the Island Lodge is where guests of other hotels and guest houses tend to congregate when they're not off wandering around the island.
